Top work, great guys at the startbuild business

We chose to renovate with StartBuild (SB) as we were very impressed with John when he came to quote on demolishing our 2 existing bathrooms, moving plumbing and installing the new. He was on time, well presented and mannered. Photos of previous jobs were impressive. And, of course, the pricing was very good. It turns out it was an excellent decision. Each of the trades: demolishers, waterproofers, tiler, plumbers, electricians and shower screen installer were great. Every time James (who project managed the job) said a trade would be here, they were and at the time given!! In this day and age that is a rarity but so gratifying. Each trade cleaned up after themselves. They were all so well mannered. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. James was always letting us know what was going to happen next. He attended the job every day to make sure everything was going to plan. Each bathroom took only 2 weeks. Our neighbours were so surprised when we told them of the completions. We have recommended SB to several friends and thoroughly recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed. You will be very, very happy (as we are).

John and his team made it easy for me while renovating my bathroom and ensuite in very trying circumstances. He kept me informed which tradespeople were coming what time they were coming. All his tradespeople were very curtious and very efficient in their area of trade. Both my bathroom and ensuite has turned out fantastic I am very happy with the outcome. We renovated two bathrooms in our apartment and we are very pleased with the result. The project was finished on schedule and cost at a time of labour and material shortages in the industry. Most of the trades people were friendly and provided high quality workmanship. James supervised the project with a quiet efficiency; John’s suggestion that we engage Perrie Henderson Designs was invaluable in providing project management and liaison between suppliers, James and ourselves.
